Liam Dorn is the founder of LRD Fishing, a company specializing in high-quality, custom-made fishing jigs designed for serious anglers. As an avid fisherman and entrepreneur, Liam combines his passion for fishing with a sharp business mindset to create innovative, hand-painted jigs that provide both performance and realism on the water. His commitment to craftsmanship, marketing, and customer engagement has helped him grow LRD Fishing into a promising brand with a dedicated following.

Currently pursuing a degree in Public Finance at Indiana University, Liam applies his financial expertise to scaling his business while actively expanding his knowledge of investing, real estate, and strategic growth. With years of experience in stock market investing and a keen eye for market trends, he takes a data-driven approach to entrepreneurship, ensuring LRD Fishing remains competitive in the outdoor industry. His ambition is to develop LRD Fishing into a nationally recognized brand while also exploring new business ventures in the fishing and outdoor recreation markets.

Beyond business and academics, Liam is a dedicated angler who competes in tournaments and continuously refines his skills on the water. His experience in professional networking, digital marketing, and product innovation allows him to connect with like-minded individuals in the fishing and business communities. Whether testing new lure designs, growing his social media presence, or seeking strategic partnerships, Liam remains focused on delivering value to anglers while establishing himself as a rising business professional.

Grady Hadar is the Strategy Advisor at LRD Fishing. With a background studying Finance and Accounting at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, Grady leverages his expertise in these areas, along with his skills in marketing, data analytics, and interpersonal relationships, to drive the company's growth and success. 

As a passionate advocate for sustainability, Grady has been instrumental in positioning LRD Fishing as a trailblazer in sustainable jig production methods. His deep understanding of environmental issues and commitment to responsible production have been key to the company's efforts to promote sustainable fishing and lead the industry toward more eco-friendly practices.

In his role, Grady develops and implements both short-term and long-term business strategies, ensuring that LRD Fishing stays ahead of industry trends and remains competitive in an ever evolving market. His strategic vision and data-driven approach help the company make informed decisions that balance financial success with its commitment to sustainability.

Why he joined the LRD Fishing Team 

"When Liam founded LRD Fishing, I saw his passion, vision, and determination to make his goals come to fruition. On my 20th birthday, Liam created a personalized custom pack of  jigs just for me. Liam’s care and commitment to those around him speaks volumes. That is why when Liam approached me with the opportunity to join the LRD Fishing team, I knew this was where I wanted to be. Liam and I have been friends for months before Liam founded LRD Fishing and now I'm excited to be part of the team!"
